New to the Yoga with Yaisa Library? Welcome!
I have recorded a few short videos to help you decide which Collection to get a pass for and which classes are suitable class for you.
There are classes for all levels, including absolute beginners. Most classes are 75 minutes long, but the recordings also offer the possibility to do shorter practices. Read the descriptions of the classes to find out where you can jump in or jump out for a quick yoga fix.
Access a Collection in 4 easy steps:

4) roll out your mat and get started!
