This class is accessible to all levels of practitioners, from complete beginners to advanced students.

Yin lovers will appreciate this morning class. It includes a true deep Yin practice but also dips into a bit of movement; gentle but targeted so that you feel energised and ready to flow through the rest of your day. Depending on the mood of the moment, we might do some Qigong, simple hatha flows, roll & release or dynamic stretches.

Wear something comfortable and loose-ish, layers in case you get cold during the Yin practice or warm during the dynamic part.

This option is perfect for you if the shala is full or you can't make it in person. 

For this Yin Yoga class, you need a mat, a bolster, a block, a blanket and a belt. I also often use a couple of massage/therapy balls (tennis balls are a good alternative) and sometimes a sandbag (or a heavy, small pillow).

This is an interactive online class that is live streamed while a small of amount of students are guided in the shala simultaneously. I try to keep the students in the shala off-camera (except for the occasional demo-volunteer) and will only record classes occasionally for my online library after asking for permission from all participants. Online participants will never appear in the recording.
