ONLINE CLASS
If you have little to no experience with movement practices, I recommend you do yoga with a teacher first before trying anything online (even livestreams). If you are comfortable following verbal cues and feel safe having less personal instructions, you are absolutely welcome to join this class.
This yoga class is for people with little yoga experience, for students recovering from injuries or for participants who simply want to take it easy.
Each week, the class will be different, containing a mix of gentle movements, delicious stretches, focussed breathing, calming meditation and other mindful practices. There will be no fast sun salutations or complicated postures.
The aim is to build awareness of the body, confidence in movement and become familiar with yoga.

This option is perfect for you if the shala is full or you can't make it in person.
For this Yoga class, you need a mat, a bolster, a block, a blanket and a belt.
This is an interactive online class that is live streamed while a small of amount of students are guided in the shala simultaneously. I try to keep the students in the shala off-camera (except for the occasional demo-volunteer) and will only record classes occasionally for my online library after asking for permission from all participants. Online participants will never appear in the recording.
