You are booking a spot in the shala.
This Gentle Yoga class is especially for people without any or little yoga experience, students recovering from injuries or those who simply want to take it easy. It is a trauma aware class, meaning everyone will feel welcome and safe.
Each week, the class will be different, containing a mix of gentle movements, juicy stretches and other mindful practices. There will be no fast sun salutations or complicated postures.
The aim is to build confidence in movement and become familiar with yoga.

You don't need to bring anything, we have everything yoga need available at the shala (studio space) but you are of course welcome to bring your own yoga props if you have any.
