These sessions are accessible to all levels of practitioners, from complete beginners to advanced students.
Wear something comfortable and loose-ish, layers in case you get cold easily (it is a cooling practice) and be prepared to leave stress and worries behind with the help of this deeply releasing practice.

For health & safety reasons, please bring your own props or a towel/scarf to cover ours. For Yin Yoga, you need a mat, a bolster, a block, a blanket and a belt. If you have a pair of therapy/massage/MFR balls, please bring them along.
This is an interactive online class that is live streamed while a small of amount of students is guided in the shala simultaneously. Students in the shala are off camera but online students can hear what is said in the shala.
