If you are looking for a way to get relief from physical tightness in legs, back, shoulders, neck you have found the right class to join. If you are suffering from a chronic condition that restricts  mobility your in daily life, you may find this a very suitable class and beneficial for pain relief.  Also very effective for runners, cyclists and other athletes that usually focus on cardio and muscles strength.

Yin Yoga is extremely effective as it unlocks built up strength and energy by keeping the connective tissues flexible and healthy.

It also helps to find a moment of stillness and to tap into qualities such as patience, determination and equanimity as you create space in your body and clarity of mind.

Wear something comfortable and loose-ish, layers in case you get cold easily (it is a cooling practice) and be prepared to leave stress and worries behind with the help of this deeply releasing practice.
